Ordering & Payments
Full Payment Required: All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not accept deposits or partial payments.
Product Scope: We specialize in branded apparel and a curated selection of templated designs (Physical & Digital). We are not accepting "from-scratch" custom commissions at this time.
The Design Approval Process (Physical & Digital Templates)
Email Approvals: For all customizable items, a digital proof will be sent to your email. Written approval via email is required before your item enters production or your final digital file is delivered.
Timeline: Production and delivery timelines begin after written approval is received. Please monitor your inbox to avoid delays.
Cancellations & Changes
15-Minute Correction Window: To maintain efficiency, you have a 2 hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation.
Finality: After 2 hours, your order is locked into our queue. Once design work has begun or a proof has been sent, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges
Customized & Digital Items: All sales are final. Because digital downloads are delivered instantly or via email and customized items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Branded Physical Items: We offer exchanges only for our branded apparel collection in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Damaged/Defective Goods: For physical items, contact orders@bygracewecelebrate.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect.
Digital Product Terms
Usage: Our Canva templates and digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the raw templates or files.
Access: Ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct, as this is where your digital delivery or Canva access links will be sent.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I receive my digital download? Once your order is processed (and your proof is approved, if applicable), you will receive an email containing your download links or access to your Canva template.
What if I don't have a Canva Pro account? Our templates are designed to be user-friendly. Most are compatible with the free version of Canva, though some specific designs may require a Pro account or for you to swap out premium elements.
Can I request a custom design from scratch? To maintain our brand’s aesthetic, we only work within our set "By Grace We Celebrate" templates. We do not offer "from-scratch" design services at this time.
What if I accidentally deleted my digital file? No worries! Reach out to us with your order number, and we can resend the link to the email address used during the original purchase.
Can I change my shipping address? Address changes for physical goods can only be made within 12 hours of placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us at orders@bygracewecelebrate.com. The customer is responsible for paying any difference in the shipping rate.
