1. Processing & Production Time
All of our items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality.
Standard Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be designed and prepared for shipment.
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Graduation season or holidays), processing times may extend to 10 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Calculation
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your items and your delivery location.
Real-Time Pricing: To provide the most accurate rates, shipping is calculated in real-time at checkout via our integrated carriers.
Combined Shipping: If you order multiple shirts (such as for graduation groups or family sets), the shipping cost will be automatically adjusted based on the final weight of the package.
Review Before Purchase: You will have the opportunity to review all shipping costs and choose your preferred delivery speed before finalizing your payment.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic: We ship to all 50 states and P.O. Boxes.
International: We currently do not ship outside of the US.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us at orders@bygracewecelebrate.com within 12 hours of placement.
6. Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to find a satisfactory solution.
