1. Processing & Shipping Details

Because our items are made to order, production times vary based on the item type:

Standard Items: 5–7 business days processing (up to 10 business days during peak seasons like Graduation and holidays).

Preorders & Custom Apparel: 2–3 weeks production time prior to shipment.

Shipping: All orders ship via USPS Standard Delivery with tracking provided upon dispatch. If your purchase includes both preorder and standard items, everything will ship together once production is complete.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculation

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your items and your delivery location.

Real-Time Pricing: To provide the most accurate rates, shipping is calculated in real-time at checkout via our integrated carriers.

Combined Shipping: If you order multiple shirts (such as for graduation groups or family sets), the shipping cost will be automatically adjusted based on the final weight of the package.

Review Before Purchase: You will have the opportunity to review all shipping costs and choose your preferred delivery speed before finalizing your payment.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all 50 states and P.O. Boxes.

International: We currently do not ship outside of the US.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us at orders@bygracewecelebrate.com within 12 hours of placement.

6. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to find a satisfactory solution.
