Returns & Refunds Policy

At By Grace We Celebrate LLC, we specialize in creating custom apparel and digital assets for your most important milestones. Because our products are either digitally delivered or personalized specifically for you, we adhere to the following policies:

1. Cancellations & Changes

2 Hour Correction Window: To maintain our production speed, you have a 2 hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change.

Finality: After 2 hours, your order is locked into our queue. Once design work has begun or a proof has been sent, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

2. The Proof Approval Process

For items requiring a digital proof:

Production begins ONLY after your written approval.

It is the customer's responsibility to check all spelling, dates, and photo placement.

By Grace We Celebrate LLC is not responsible for errors (such as typos or low-resolution images) that were present and visible in the approved proof.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Customized & Digital Items: All sales are final. Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and customized items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Branded Collection: For our non-customized "Branded Apparel" collection, we offer exchanges only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your physical item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., major print peeling, garment rips, or receiving the wrong item), please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at orders@bygracewecelebrate.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

3. Once the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement.

5. Apparel Care & Longevity

To ensure the life of your custom design, please follow these instructions:
Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent.
No bleach or fabric softeners.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.

Do not iron directly on the design. By Grace We Celebrate LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper garment care.
